Hardware-encrypted HDDs and SSDs with self-encrypting drive (SED) architecture, engineered for government, defense, and enterprise environments where data-at-rest protection is a non-negotiable mandate.

Unlike software encryption, which adds latency, CPU overhead, and can be circumvented at the OS layer, Ampast encrypted drives implement AES-256 inside the drive controller itself.
